Recently at NPower, we have been noticing an increase in the number of calls to our Support Line over the last few weeks related to virus and malware infection. This week, I worked with our network support consultants to prepare this blog post in order to help our nonprofit clients better protect their network from infection and help them recover more easily when they occur.
