Mitigating Virus Infections

Recently at NPower, we have been noticing an increase in the number of calls to our Support Line over the last few weeks related to virus and malware infection. This week, I worked with our network support consultants to prepare this blog post in order to help our nonprofit clients better protect their network from infection and help them recover more easily when they occur. Which version of Windows should my nonprofit use?

Since Windows 7 was released almost two years ago, it has proven itself to be a stable operating system with lots of new and improved features over XP. At NPower, we still receive many questions from our clients about which operating system is right for them and how they should go about upgrading.
